• To preserve the iconic golf and tennis facilities at Spanish Hills Club for the Members and future generations by adding improvements that will help Spanish Hills Club attain economic viability.

• To create a world-class fitness center for the golf and tennis Members at Spanish Hills Club.

• To create world class guest accommodations for golf and tennis Members, especially out of the area Members, Member’s visiting family, Member guests, as well as provide overnight accommodations for guests attending events at the Club including weddings, banquets, charitable events and golf and tennis tournaments. Augusta Golf Club (home of the Masters) has the Cabins, Birnam Wood Club in Santa Barbara has the Cottages, and Spanish Hills Club will have the Bungalows and Lofts.
